Gianni Cason is the master of the house, in Venetian the ‘paron de casa’.
Actually he masters only the passion he pours into his work.
It is he who has always run the farm and he who knows the art of raising pigs. A job that is definitely not easy and requires attention and care, in other words, passion.
But what Gianni certainly knows is that his cold cuts and salami bring joy. A slice of bacon, of ‘ossocollo’ or whatever other cold cut is a small dosis of happiness that Gianni is pleased to share with other people.
